PURCHASING PROCESS

The Purchase Process is made up of the following procedures:

Product selection: Browse our page and press the "Add to Cart" button each time you want to add a product to the purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, the reference, the attributes, the quantity and the price in euros.

Start of the purchase process: to start the purchase process, click on the "Finish Purchase" button. In the event that you are not registered as a User or have not accessed as such, you will be asked to do so in advance.

PRICE

All prices indicated on the website are referred to in euros and include VAT, except those for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which will include the corresponding exit taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of them.

Shipping costs will appear detailed at the end of the purchase process, once you have included the shipping address. These shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery and will be fully paid by the customer. The total shipping costs will be known in the payment phase of the Purchase Process.

For orders destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the total shipping costs referred to in the previous paragraph already include the exit customs clearance, as well as the taxes that may be levied on the importation of products into those territories.

International orders may be subject to customs clearance charges that will always be borne by the customer.

EXPOKRO SL will send you the paper proof of purchase along with your order. Invoices can be downloaded from the order area.

Orders will always be accompanied by an invoice. For this purpose, the customer must enter their ID or equivalent national document in the corresponding field during the purchase process.

COVERAGE OF PURCHASES MADE

DELIVERY

Delivery occurs the moment you receive it at the address indicated for shipping. In home delivery it will be necessary for the recipient to sign the delivery note or document that justifies the delivery of the order. The signing of the delivery note does not imply compliance and only serves to prove that the delivery has taken place. Therefore, it does not affect your contractual rights nor does it imply compliance with a product in poor condition. Without prejudice to your contractual and legal rights, we ask that in order to be able to process any incident related to the shipment of the merchandise, you notify us within a period not exceeding 24 hours of any incident related to the shipment, such as lack or loss of any of the purchased products, damaged product, open merchandise, etc. Keep in mind that the signature of the delivery note is necessary to deliver the product so you must make sure that other people can receive the purchase on your behalf. EXPOKRO, SL does not accept any responsibility for the reception made by another person on its behalf without due authorization when said reception is carried out correctly at the indicated delivery place.

Home delivery will be made from Monday to Friday from 9am to 20pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

In home delivery, by carrier of EXPOKRO SL, the risk will be borne by EXPOKRO SL until delivery to the customer.

The delivery in store entails the transfer of risk and, consequently, that the deterioration of the products, loss or theft that may occur from that moment are not the responsibility of EXPOKRO, SL

sanibano.com does not accept PO boxes as valid home delivery addresses. In the event that the Contract includes a post office box address, the contract will not be valid and will therefore not oblige sanibano.com to comply with it, which will be able to notify said circumstance notwithstanding and roll back the charges made.

The approximate delivery times are as follows:

To peninsular territories of Spain and the Balearic Islands: 48/72 hours (working days).

To the rest of the national territory between 3 and 11 working days depending on the province and type of shipment.

RETURNS

Expokro, SL offers you the possibility of returning your purchases within a maximum period of 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the products purchased have not been used and are in perfect condition (except specified items).

For returns of promotional items whose discount applies to a single item or promotions with a discount on the total of a purchase, the amount to be returned will be that which the customer paid for the item, which will appear on the proof of purchase and not the price that the item had without promotion. In the event that you have used discount coupons for the purchase, keep in mind that the value of the discount coupon used will not be refunded.

All amounts that had been previously collected by Expokro, SL and that had to be returned to customers in accordance with the provisions of this clause, will be paid, as far as possible, through the same means of payment that is would have used during the purchase.

The conditions established for returns will be treated according to the law of right of withdrawal where the term will be 14 calendar days from the delivery of the product.

Expokro SL reserves the right to reject returns sent after the deadline, or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were sent to the customer.

Returns by courier company

To make returns by mail you must follow the following steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain a return code.
  2. Complete the Return Form that you can request through the Customer Service department, once you have identified yourself. For the purposes provided in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, this document will be considered a withdrawal document.
  3. Place the products to be returned in a box together with the Return Form that we send you in the manner indicated in Customer Service.
  4. Contact our Customer Service department. We will arrange a pick-up day and time with our courier company to collect the products to be returned.

Returns by own courier

  1. Contact our Customer Service department to obtain a return code.
  2. Complete the Return Form.
  3. Place the products to be returned in a box together with the Return Form that we send you in the manner indicated in Customer Service.

Expokro, SL will not accept returns sent postage due. Returned items will be carefully inspected. When the product is in perfect condition and with the internal labels, the corresponding amount will be paid, during the 3-4 days following receipt of the return, in the same way that they were paid.

Expokro SL. It will not be responsible for returns that do not reach its warehouse. The shipping costs of the items you want to return will be at your expense.

Product returns

To return a defective item you must follow the following steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service department immediately to obtain a tare code. You must indicate the order number, the reference of the defective item and a description of the tare by sending an email to info@expokro.com
  2. Complete the Return Form that you received with your order indicating your order number and the references of the items you want to return. If you no longer have this document, you can request it through the Customer Service department, once you have identified yourself. For the purposes provided in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, this document will be considered a withdrawal document.
  3. Place the defective item along with the Return Form in a box in the manner indicated in Customer Service.
  4. Upon receipt of the item, sanibano.com will proceed to carefully examine the returned product. In the event that the item is defective, we will proceed to change it. The change will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of receiving the article at sanibano.com. In the case of not having stock, the amount will be returned within 7 days.

The provisions of this clause for the return of defective products will be understood without prejudice to the imperative rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II, Title V , of Book II of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.

FORCE MAJEURE OR UNFORESEEABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

EXPOKRO, SL will not be responsible for the total breach, defective performance or delay in the fulfillment of any of the obligations under its charge that were caused in any event of force majeure or fortuitous event. The term obligations that may exist will be suspended in such cases during the entire period during which the force majeure or fortuitous event continues, resuming the computation once said force majeure or fortuitous event disappears.

INTEGRITY OF THE CONTRACT

These General Purchase Conditions and any document to which express reference is made in them (such as particular clauses or specific conditions established for certain products and adequately accepted by you at the time of accepting the purchase thereof), constitute the entirety of the Contract, replacing any other agreements or pacts that the parties may have agreed to verbally or in writing prior to the conclusion of the Contract.

APPLICABLE LAW

The Law applicable to the Contract will be the Spanish Law without prejudice to the cases in which the laws of other States could become imperatively applicable.
